4. Content & Data Retention

You retain ownership of any content you create (poll questions and options). By creating a poll, you grant us the right to display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the service. All polls and votes are automatically deleted 24 hours after the poll expires.

5. Privacy

6. Limitations

Quick Poll is designed for casual group decision-making. It is NOT suitable for:

• Official elections or voting
• Legal or binding decisions
• High-security applications
• Situations requiring verified voter identity

7. Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but make no guarantees. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
